Delivery:
- Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5–8 days once all items, including any pre-order items, are ready to ship.
- Expedited Delivery: Receive your order within 2–4 days after items are ready, for an additional shipping fee.
- Note: Modifying your order—such as canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences—may impact free shipping eligibility.
Returns Policy:
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item or defect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
