Application Instructions (Iron-On/Heat Press):                                           

1. Place patch on desired fabric.
2. Cover with Teflon sheet or butcher paper.
3. Press firmly with heat for recommended time.
4. Optional: Use heat tape to secure placement.
5. Flip inside out and press again for best results (not suitable for hats).

Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange.

To request an exchange:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.

Once approved, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. Please note that exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged and must be the same design as the original purchase.
