Application Instructions (Iron-On):
1. Place patch on desired fabric.
2. Cover with Teflon sheet or butcher paper.
3. Press firmly with heat for recommended time.
4. Optional: Use heat tape to secure placement.
5. Flip inside out and press again for best results (not suitable for hats).

💡 For backpacks or heavy-use items, sewing is recommended.

To request an exchange:

2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.

Once approved, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. Please note that exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged and must be the same design as the original purchase.
