Preparation: Pre-heat the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Application: Place the transfer with the ink side down.
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 300°F - 320°F (150°C - 160°C).
Time: 10–20 seconds.
Pressure: Firm/High (60 PSI).
Peeling:
Cold Peel: Allow the transfer to cool completely for 15–30 seconds before peeling.
Hot Peel: Peel immediately after pressing.
Finishing: Re-press for 5–10 seconds with parchment paper for better durability and a matte finish.
Wait Time: Allow 24 hours before washing.
Care: Wash inside out, in cold water, and tumble dry low.

Tips for Success:

If the transfer lifts, repress for 2–5 seconds.
Use heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.
If the transfer doesn't adhere, increase temperature by 15°F increments

Household Iron

An iron can be used, but results may vary.

You’ll need:

• Household iron (no steam)

• Parchment paper or thin cotton cloth

Steps:


  1. Set iron to Cotton / High Heat (turn OFF steam).

  2. Place garment on a firm, heat-safe surface.

  3. Position patch adhesive side down.

  4. Cover with parchment paper or cloth.

  5. Press iron firmly over the patch for 20–30 seconds, applying steady pressure.

  6. Lift iron (do not slide) and repeat as needed to cover the full patch.

  7. Allow garment to cool completely.


Check edges and re-press if necessary.

Heat Press

A heat press provides the best and most durable results.

You’ll need:

• Heat press

• Teflon sheet or parchment paper

Steps:


  1. Preheat heat press to 300–320°F.

  2. Place garment on the press and pre-press for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  3. Position the patch adhesive side down where desired.

  4. Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.

  5. Press with firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.

  6. Allow garment to cool completely.


Check edges—if needed, re-cover and press for an additional 5–8 seconds.


Spangle & Fuzzy Patch Application

Spangle and fuzzy patches are decorative heat-applied patches

• These patches require backing removal before application

🔥 IMPORTANT: Remove Backing First

Before applying, carefully remove the clear or white backing layer from the patch.

⚠️ Do NOT apply with the backing still attached, as the adhesive will not activate correctly.

Heat Press

A heat press provides the best and most durable results.

You’ll need:

• Heat press

• Teflon sheet or parchment paper

Steps:


  1. Remove backing from the patch completely.

  2. Preheat heat press to 300–315°F.

  3. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.

  4. Place patch adhesive side down on garment.

  5. Cover with Teflon or parchment paper.

  6. Press with firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.

  7. Allow garment to cool completely.

  8. Check edges and re-press for 5–8 seconds if needed.

⚠️ Alternate Method: Household Iron (Use with Caution)

Iron application is possible but less reliable for spangle and fuzzy patches.

Steps:


  1. Remove backing first.

  2. Set iron to High / Cotton (no steam).

  3. Place garment on a firm, heat-safe surface.

  4. Cover patch with parchment paper or thin cloth.

  5. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds (do not slide iron).

  6. Repeat as needed until fully adhered.

  7. Allow to cool completely and check edges.

🧼 Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing

• Wash inside out on cold, gentle cycle

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• Do not iron directly on the patch

⚠️ Important Notes

• Backing must be removed prior to application
